MTAA PA Meeting Tonight

The meeting for tonight is on for 7:00. The parking lot is somewhat open at the township building.
5 Person Committee to Oversee Snack Stands

MTAA is looking to form a 5 person committee to handle the day to day responsibilities of keeping the snack stands running. This is a vital part of our organization and helps to keep sign up fees at a lower cost to the parents. The responsibilities of the committee would be as follows:

Snack Stand Guidelines
May 22, 2014 — Every game played on our fields requires two (2) home team parents working in the snack stand closest to the game at all times.
If your game is the first scheduled game of the day, we request parents arrive 30 minutes before the game starts to help open the snack stand. If your game is the last scheduled game of the day, we request parents stay to close and clean the snack stand after the game is over and players are given the opportunity to visit the snack stand.
There are written instructions for opening and closing the snack stand located inside all stands. Please recognize the MTAA Board members are volunteers for the community and do so after their commitment to full time careers so there may be days when the door to the snack stand is open but you are requested to following the opening instructions.
Please notify your team parent as soon as possible if you will not be able to cover your shift so they may contact the Parents Auxiliary.
We appreciate your assistance in maintaining the cleanliness of the snack stand clean and restocking items as needed.
